Wyatt is an Oklahoma City native through and through having been born and raised in the local area. His youth was filled with extracurricular activities and organizations centered around school. He attended Christian Heritage, Grace Christian Academy, SW Covenant, and Putnam City West. He continued his education at Oklahoma Baptist University and West Palm Beach Atlantic College. Wyatt followed his fathers footsteps and started his real estate career in 1996 with Keller Williams Realty. His well established reputation and unmatched market knowledge have made him a front runner in the Oklahoma City Metro.
